Bad Amband Customer support attitude - "Buy 2 Get 1 Free" Promotion

I placed my order for two 49mm M1 Sport Series Apple Watch Case with Band order #25375 on 5/7/2023 at 1:28 PM, and just twenty minutes later at 1:48 PM I sent to Amband Support an email explaining that I saw on Amband site the "Buy 2 Get 1 Free" promotion, but only after I had already placed my order, and in according to that promotion, I asked Amband to add to my order 1 more free 49mm M1 Sport Series Apple Watch Case with Band in Army green.

Since Amband Support did not respond to my email, I sent another email on the same day at 7:21 PM reminding again Amband to add to my order 1 more free 49mm M1 Sport Series Apple Watch Case with Band in Army green according to the promotion, or to cancel my order.

I did not receive any response from Amband to my second e-mail either, but two days latter on on 5/9/2023 Amband sent me the email info that my order of two 49mm M1 Sport Series Apple Watch Case with Band was sent.

Then the same day I sent third email reminding Amband to send one more Case with Band according to their "Buy 2 Get 1 Free" promotion, but got no response to this as well as to my fourth reminding email of 5/14/2023.

Finally, on 5/17/2023 only two Bands with Case arrived, and then I wrote the fifth email to Amband Support as well as to Sales asking to resolve the problem i.e. to send 1 more free 49mm M1 Sport Series Apple Watch Case with Band in Army green, but again I got no reply.

I must say that received Bands with Case are of good quality but I am very disappointed with Amband attitude to me as a customer which I consider is not in accordance with fair business practices.
P.S. I already wrote the similar review on 6/4/2023 but it was somehow deleted from Customer reviews.
